The Iconia Tab A110 has a 7-inch 1024 x 600 resolution display, runs Jelly Bean (Android 4.1) and features 8GB of on-board memory, 1GB of RAM and Nvidia’s quad-core Tegra 3 chipset. There are connections for HDMI, micro USB and a micro SD card, while there’s a front-facing 2MP camera for videoconferencing.
Acer says that the new tablet will come to Europe this fall, with the model currently available for pre-order from UK e-tailer eBuyer for £179.99 (approximately $292).
U.S. price and availability details have not been announced, although earlier reports have suggested that the Iconia Tab A110 will debut for under $200. Google's Nexus 7 tablet starts from $199.
