Apple offers big buyers better loyalty pricing on iPads & Macs

The better discounts of one to three percent are broken into three tiers depending on how much money users or organizations spend per year, according to a report in TechCrunch.

The first “red” tier starts at $5,000, followed by the $35,000 “green” tier, then up to the $200,000-and-up “blue” tier. Under this new structure, the tech site says iPads have been discounted between 2- and 4% based on model and quantity purchased.
