Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft, the card battling game from World of Warcraft developer Blizzard, will soon emerge from its beta on PC to arrive on iOS and Android tablets and smartphones. In anticipation, Blizzard has begun suing knock-offs to get them taken down.

So far I've learned about one such case, a suit against Chinese developer Unico and its game Legend of Crouching Dragon discovered by the site MMO Culture. Blizzard and its Chinese partner NetEase are suing the developer for up to $1.65 million and to have the game pulled from Google Play and Apple's App Store.

Crouching Dragon looks undeniably similar to Hearthstone—the image above shows a Crouching Dragon card on the left and a Hearthstone card on the right. And they apaprently play similarly as well.

I can't find Crouching Dragon anywhere on either app store, but players who already have it can reportedly still play it. Still, with all the IP-related lawsuits going on in tablet gaming right now it's a wonder anyone can find time to actually play any games at all.
