LAS VEGAS, NEVADA - TabTimes is live from the 2012 Consumer Electronics Show, where tablet announcements are flowing thick and fast.

CES is the world's biggest technology show and is currently taking place in Las Vegas, Nevada from January 10 - 12, 2012. TabTimes is live from the event and will be reporting all the news, from new tablet announcements to the latest app releases.

Held every January in Las Vegas, CES brings together all the major movers and shakers from the worlds of mobile, consumer electronics, PC/Windows, Internet, enterprise, and automotive under one roof.

TabTimes is reporting on several important keynotes from the show, including Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer, who conducted his last CES keynote at the show on Monday night.

A raft of tablet announcements came to the fore just as the show started, with Acer's Full HD tablet, Lenovo's Transformer Prime rival and OnLive's move into enterprise cloud computing hogging the highlights on day one. Well, that was until Intel came along with its promise to push mobile products.

Day two has also been the bearer of some interesting news, from Dell's commitment to try again with consumer tablets and Razer's innovative gaming slate, to Accenture's claim that professional tablet use is on the rise of developing countries.
