Final Fantasy VI players on Android reported a bug this week that made a certain mandatory cut scene unplayable—freezing them in their tracks and preventing them from progressing. Square Enix responded quickly, promising to fix the bug and address other issues as well. Now the promised patch has arrived.

According to the Google Play store listing, "the following bugs have been addressed:"

  • The game no longer crashes during the cutscene showing the fight between Kefka and General Leo.
  • The icon for Sabin's Blitz ability now displays correctly.
  • A misspelling of the term "Esper" has been corrected.

That's pretty much everything, right? Are there any other issues with FF6 that have yet to be addressed?
