Tech news website Liliputing and blogger VelcoElectro confirmed that the $99 Sero 7 and $149 Sero Pro are now being sold at Wal-Mart stores, with the latter boasting similar specs to Google’s Nexus 7.

The Sero 7 Pro offers a 7-inch 1280 x 800 resolution IPS display, a quad-core 1.3GHz Nvidia Tegra 3 processor, Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of storage and dual-facing cameras (5MP on the rear with flash, 2MP on the front).

For those who want to spend even less, the $99 Hisense Sero 7 Lite features the same screen size (albeit with a 1024 x 600 resolution) but comes with an older version of Android, a less powerful processor and half the storage.

The tablet has a dual-core 1.6GHz processor, runs Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and features 1GB of RAM and 4GB of storage. It also has connections for microSD and a mini HDMI port.
