The free app is available from Apple’s App Store and, on learning the user’s history in Google services, provides everything from weather forecasts and traffic reports to sports scores and boarding passes, plus any other information relevant to the user.

A short promotional video is shown on launching the app (this is presumably the same video which leaked last month), but after that users can access the Google Now features by swiping up from the bottom of the Google Search app home screen.

Google Now launched back at Google’s I/O developer conference in June last year and has since been available for the Android devices running Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and above.
