As VP and General Manager of Lenovo’s ThinkPad Business Unit, Bhatia will touch on a number of hot button topics including the business case for Windows 8 in an increasingly mobile world. The long-time Lenovo exec has his pulse on the tablet economy as he manages key teams responsible for selling ThinkPad tablets into large businesses, education, and government segments.

Lenovo has been influential in the development of tablet computers. The company’s history has taken it from the X41 hybrid tablets released in 2005 to its most recent launch of the “Yoga” series of convertible laptops which run on Microsoft’s Windows 8 operating system.
