Griffin Technology has added to its eclectic mix of tablet cases with the ‘Binder Insert’, a product which allows organized students and workers to fill their iPad in their three-ring binders.
The Binder Insert works with second and third-generation iPads and can be clipped into any three-ring binder folder with 1.5-inch or larger binder rings.
The case can be easily unclipped from an adjoining folder, and Griffin stresses that the product does not block access to the tablet’s dock connector, volume control buttons, headphone jack or camera ports.
The Binder weighs 3.7 ounces and is now available for $24.99. Griffin says that customized and bulk order buys are also available.
For those seeking something a little sturdier, body armor specialist VestGuard UK also announced an iPad case of its own this week - the bullet-proof Ballistic cover.
Specification and availability details are not known at present, although the as-yet unreleased case can reportedly protect the tablet from bullets coming from a 9mm handgun.
