Logitech has branched out from iPad and iPad mini accessories by launching its first line of cases and keyboards for Samsung’s Galaxy Tab tablets.

The new products comprise a keyboard case for the Galaxy Tab 10.1 and three standalone cases for the Galaxy Tab 7.0, 8.0 and 10.1.

The Logitech Ultrathin Keyboard Folio is the leader of the pack, entwining a folio case and a Bluetooth keyboard.

Logitech says that the keyboard has keys in the same location as full-size keyboards, making for a fast and fluid typing experience, and adds that the SecureLock system keeps the corners of the Galaxy Tab fastened to the case’s frame. Powerful magnets keep the case securely closed when the tablet is not in use.

The Ultrathin Keyboard Folio also has a dual-view stand to hold the Galaxy Tab either upright for typing or lying flat. The keyboard folio will launch in October for $99.99

The three tablet cases are made from water-repellent materials and are made to protect tablets from accidental bumps, scratches and spills. They also use the SecureLock system to keep the Galaxy Tab in place and will be available from Logitech next month for $49.99.
