Amazon is no stranger to affordable Android tablets and is now offering Lenovo’s IdeaTab A1000 tablet from just $75 as part of its Black Friday promotion.

That deal represents a significant 42% discount for a 7-inch Android tablet that was only introduced at the Mobile World Congress back in February.

The slate has a basic 1024 x 600 resolution display, runs the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system and is powered by a dual-core 1.2GHz MediaTek processor. It comes with 8GB of Flash storage on-board and its battery life has been quoted at a reasonable eight hours.
