Get ready to feast your eyes on the latest products from Apple. The Cupertino computing giant is apparently gearing up to release the fifth-generation iPad and second-generation iPad mini in October, just one month after introducing its latest iPhone.
Citing people familiar with Apple’s product plans, Bloomberg writes that Apple intends to debut the new 9.7-inch iPad in the fourth quarter and also hopes to introduce the Retina Display iPad mini before the end of 2013, contrary to other reports.
The news website had few details on the specs of each model but agrees with earlier reports that the iPad 5 will have thinner bezels and rounded corners, making it look like an enlarged iPad mini.
This news comes just one day after All Things D reported that Apple plans to announce a new iPhone at a special event on September 10.Source article
