Microsoft has already said that "new aspect ratio and sizes" of Surface tablets are on the way, now speculation on what those might be is heating up.

According to a tweet by @MSFTnerd, Microsoft is looking at using the 64-bit Tegra K1, dubbed Denver, in its next Surface 3 tablet.

The same source also says a Surface Mini is in the works that includes 4G LTE connectivity (which is also going to be added to both versions of the current Surface 2 tablets first).
