Sharp goes big with high res Windows tablet for presentations and more

Sharp has taken the parts you might expect in a high end laptop (speedy Intel Core-i5 processor, Windows 8.1, 3,200 x 1,800 15.6-inch display, 4GB RAM and a 128GB SSD), and used them for a new tablet.

The Sharp RW-16G also includes a stylus for graphics pros along with screen sharing to help with presentations and 9 hours of battery life.

But there's no pricing or availability info yet and and it looks like the target market is Japan. But who knows, that could change, particularly now that Samsung is generating interest in larger screen tablets with its just-announced Pro series of 12.2-inch tablets.
