Microsoft getting set to release first tablet with LTE connectivity

by TabTimes Staff

February 19 2014

Microsoft's FCC filing asks approval for a “portable computing device” with WiFi, Bluetooth, GSM, WCDMA, and LTE support.

While the FCC doesn’t refer to the device by name, it is likely a new version of a Microsoft Surface tablet or tablets which currently only offer WiFi.
