German technology site Technofokus was first to uncover Toshiba's monstrous 13.3 inch AT330 tablet, which features Nvidia's quad-coore Tegra 3 CPU, a 5MP rear camera, and a 1.3MP front-facing camera, as well as slots for SIM, full-size SD cards, and an HDMI port. 

The real surprise, however, is that the Ice Cream Sandwich tablet also features a TV tuner and an retractable TV antenna that slides out of the device.

Toshiba has yet to release pricing for the new tablet.
