Never shy to introduce new models, Samsung reportedly plans to unwrap  a 10.5-inch AMOLED tablet in early January, according to Korea's ETNews.

The giant CES show in Las Vegas starts January 7, 2013 and Samsung always has a very big presence there.

Details recently spotted in a shipping manifest included at least one of Samsung's next Galaxy Tabs coming with a premium price tag.

Higher end AMOLED displays typically consume less power than their OLED display counterparts. "Super AMOLED" is a term and technology developed by Samsung that the company says is 20% better for outside viewing versus AMOLED.
