Sprint to launch no-contract 4G LTE tablet data plans on November 11
When announcing the news, Sprint added that existing smartphone customers will be able to add onto their current contract at discounted rates ($15 for 1GB or $10 for 100MB), and said it would waive the activation fee on all 3G/4G LTE tablets for a limited time.
The new plans are available for iPads and Android tablets and go live on November 11, with Sprint claiming that they offer 20% more data for the same price as packages from AT&T and Verizon. The deals are as follows:
- $14.99 for 300MB of data
- $34.99 for 3GB of data
- $49.99 for 6GB of data
- $79.99 for 12GB of data
