TabTimes announces the 2014 Tablet Strategy conference: Tablets 2.0 – New tools for the mobile enterprise

January 21, 2014

With the iPad Air followed by the many tablets launched at CES, there are now many options to do actual work on a tablet. At the same time, the meteoric rise of small tablets allow many organizations to put low cost, highly portable devices in the hands of an increasingly mobile workforce. How can IT and business managers make the best of these new options to truly empower employees and better engage customers?

Answers to these issues and more will be addressed on May 6, at our third annual Tablet Strategy conference, to be held in the Flatiron district in New York City.

Executives leading tablet projects in various organizations will present what they did –right or wrong– and share their insights. Mobile experts and consultants will discuss the best practices in tablet deployment, app development and distribution, and secure BYOD program management.

In a day packed with real-life testimonial presentations, no-nonsense panel discussions, and one-to-one conversations between like-minded executive attendees, you will learn how to better plan, execute and optimize tablet projects in your own organization.

Our main theme this year will be "Tablets 2.0 – New tools for the mobile enterprise". We‘ll announce speakers in the coming weeks, but suffice it to say that, at previous Tablet Strategy conferences, we had speakers from American Airlines, Ford, Genentech, the Ottawa Hospital and several universities. (If you know someone whom you think would be an interesting speaker or panelist, please see the call for speakers we issued a few weeks ago.)

While we’re completing the lineup of speakers, check out the event agenda and make sure to reserve your pass for this exclusive conference.

  • If you are an IT executive or a business manager involved in a mobile or tablet project for an organization with 25 employees or more, you may be eligible to attend for free: 100 complimentary passes are for “Tablet/Mobile managers” like you. Register now.
  • If you don’t qualify or work for an IT vendor, we still have a few Regular passes available. Secure yours now.

The Tablet Strategy conference will be brought to you in part by sponsors Allego and Showpad as well as ShinobiControls.
