In testing, the head movement method was quite accurate, but it’s also very tedious to control your device this way since it cycles through all of the options on the screen and you move your head when it is bordering around the option you want.
The left or right head movements can be used as a home button, to start Siri, open Notification Center, open the App Switcher, decrease volume, increase volume, or simply tap.
The new iOS was previewed at Apple's WWDC developer conference earlier this month, but running on the iPhone.
In addition to the bug fixes, the iOS 7 beta 2 now includes the Voice Memos app (which was oddly lacking from the first beta), new voice options for Siri, a refreshed look for the Reminders app, and the introduction of avatars in group message conversations.
The updated beta is available only to registered Apple developers at Apple’s iOS developer portal. Registered developers can also update devices already running beta 1 via an over-the-air update.

Among other features, iOS 7 has a sharp, attractive new design and features users having been asking for including multitasking across all apps and automatic updating of apps that have already been downloaded from the App Store.
While acknowledging a dramatic refresh to the user interface and updates to iOS was long overdue, Ovum analyst Jan Dawson says it won’t be a completely smooth transition for users.
“The new version is almost unrecognizable, which will make it polarizing,” says Dawson. “Some people will love that their phone feels new and different, while others will be disoriented by the newness.”

But a new survey by ChangeWave Research shows plenty of interest in the iWatch should Apple, as is widely-rumored, deliver it later this year.
"Apple's track record of delivering ultra-convenient, easy to use products with a perceived ‘cool factor’ is driving pre-release demand for the rumored Apple 'iWatch,'" said Andy Golub of 451 Research's ChangeWave service.
"While an 'iWatch' doesn't yet exist – and if it ever does it will have to live up to super high expectations – it has the potential to be another huge success for the Cupertino, CA manufacturer."
